Reregistration of IHNA till 2024

IHNA Reregistration Till 2024

We are pleased to announce the re-registration of IHNA till 2024 by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority). ASQA grants an extension up to seven years after re-registration audit.

We would like to thank all our staff, students and clinical placement partners for the support and assistance provided.

IHNA re-registration was due in 22nd November 2017. In preparation for the re-registration audit, we have conducted three internal audits in 2017 by ACPET, VELG and Insource. We would like to thank all the organisations provided directions and assistance for the preparation of the audit.

Most of all, we would like to acknowledge the professional approach and audit by the ASQA auditors. We had experienced very positive audit during this re-registration audit. ASQA auditors were very professional, knowledgeable and supportive of the initiatives we were doing to improve the quality of VET education across our campuses.

What Does This Mean?

The renewal of our registration means that IHNA will be able to continue its mission to provide quality education and graduate future healthcare professionals that are able to deliver high standards of health care in Australia and overseas. IHNA will be able to continue delivering courses in Nursing, Community Services, Healthcare Management and early education.

In IHNA we use our custom built ERP system, Knowledge Hub for the management of our RTO. This system covers all aspects of RTO management including student records, student progress monitoring, online assessments, staff training, staff records, performance management, document management, certification, record keeping, student status and reporting to various government bodies including state funding and VET Student loan. Knowledge hub provided made the audit process so easy as we have every data in the Knowledge hub Educational ERP system.

We would also like to acknowledge the support by student recruitment consultants,  office staff and service providers.

In preparation for the audit, we have conducted a “30-day compliance challenge” exercise. This was to prepare all staff to have the knowledge of VET framework. We believe this was one of the best activity we have done to prepare our college for the re-registration audit. We are keen to share this strategy with other RTOs who may benefit from this in the future. Please write to me if you like to get information on “30-day compliance challenge” process.
